Fa'side Cottage is a detached house on the grounds of Fa'side House on the outskirts of Glasgow, Scotland. Located to the south of Glasgow the house is within walking distance to amenities in Newton Mearns. With 12 acres of beautiful gardens and surrounding land to enjoy, the cottage is secluded. Located on a hill, the property has views of the Campsies and much of Glasgow. Glasgow city centre is 15 minutes by car. The house itself has generous living space which has been converted from what was formerly used as a garage but was probably originally a barn. This area has an open plan kitchen and dining area, downstairs sofa area, and a mezzanine with further living area for relaxing.  The sleeping quarters are located in the original cottage which dates back to 1709 and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage was fully renovated in 2019.
